Connect your WhatsApp Business account
This links your company's WhatsApp Business account and phone number to the software Basecourse runs for you. It takes about five minutes.
Before you start
- Use a Facebook login that is an admin of your company's Meta business portfolio.
- The phone number must not be in use on WhatsApp or the WhatsApp Business app, and it must be able to receive an SMS or a voice call.
- Your company stays the owner of the account, the number, the message templates and the payment method. You can disconnect Basecourse at any time in your Meta business settings.
The button opens Meta's own sign-up window. Choose your company's business portfolio, add the phone number, confirm it with the code Meta sends, and press Finish.
