What we've built, and where it runs.

These systems are in daily use at COPRI, a Kuwaiti road contractor running ministry maintenance contracts and its own asphalt plants. Each one started as a problem someone showed us on the ground.

  1. Plant-to-site dispatch

    Live

Every asphalt load leaves the plant with a numbered delivery note, reaches the site engineer over WhatsApp, and is confirmed on arrival. Management sees each load from plant gate to site as it happens.

  2. Plant and stock control

    Live

Stock comes in through the accounts, from invoices and goods received notes. It goes out with every production load. The plant manager sees real balances, where material went, what is owed, and how the plant is performing.

  3. Procurement, HR and accounting workflows

    Live

Purchase requests, approvals and orders across departments. Staff records with civil ID and document expiry tracking, and payroll tracking. It works alongside the company's ERP and feeds it verified data.

  4. Quantities and project tracking

    Foundation live

Work orders and executed quantities tracked against the contract. This is the base that budgeting and project tracking are being built on.

  5. Company management

    Live

Official documents, correspondence logs, legal matters and claims in one place, with validity dates tracked so nothing lapses unnoticed.

  6. Takeoff and tender quantities

    Pilot, offered as a service

Drawings in, measured quantities out, traced to the geometry and checked against the bill of quantities. Buildings and roads.

Takeoff as a service, on Home
