Terms of use

The terms for using this website. They do not cover client work: engagements are governed by the written agreement signed for them.

1. Who these terms are with

basecourse.io is run by Basecourse LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Basecourse", "we", "us"). By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

2. What this website is

This website describes what Basecourse builds and how we work. It is information, not an offer: nothing on it creates a contract, a commitment to deliver anything, or a professional relationship. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, and where that agreement and this website differ, the agreement wins.

3. Demonstrations and synthetic data

The screens, documents and tour on this website are demonstrations. Every name, vendor, quantity, serial and reference in them is invented; any resemblance to a real person, company or record is coincidental. The AI "replay" panels play back fixed text and do not call a model. They show how systems work, not the results any particular client will get.

4. Intellectual property

The content, design, code, the Basecourse name and the mark on this website belong to Basecourse LLC or its licensors. You are welcome to read it, link to it and share it with colleagues. Please don't copy it wholesale, republish it as your own, or use the Basecourse name or mark in a way that suggests we endorse you.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use this website to break the law, to send spam or malicious code through the contact form, to overload or disrupt it, or to try to get into systems or data you aren't authorised to reach.

If you believe you have found a security problem, please report it to hello@basecourse.io (see security.txt). Test only against this website, don't access or change data that isn't yours, and give us reasonable time to fix the issue before disclosing it.

6. Links to other sites

Where this website links to another site or service — a booking calendar, for example — that site is run by someone else under its own terms and privacy policy, and we are not responsible for it.

7. No warranty

We keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Basecourse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about this website, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the version on this page, with its effective date, is the one that applies. Questions go to hello@basecourse.io. How we handle personal information is in the privacy policy.
